2011 January: Garde Manger ~ Grande Buffet


The culmination of the Garde Manger course and  your first year of classes at the CIA is reflected in the Grande Buffet. The students work a whole week on these projects and for many it is their first time using these exquisite ingredients.

    AMAZING TALENT... I love seeing all the foods you cook...I don't even know what many are...but they look wonderful...pictures are great,too!!:-)
